By purchasing, downloading, or using the Uncomplicated Forms Premium Plugin (referred to as “the Software”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you and Orlando Sun Mobility LLC, DBA Mike’s Computer Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Software Licensing (GPL)

Uncomplicated Forms is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0 or later. Your purchase provides you with a valid license key that grants access to the premium compiled code, automated plugin updates, and direct technical support for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Our 7-Day “No Hoops” Refund Policy

We want you to love using Uncomplicated Forms. Try it on your website for a full week, and if it isn’t the perfect fit for your workflow, just let us know within 7 days of your original purchase. We will cancel your license and issue a 100% full refund immediately—no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Note: Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Freemius, and may take a few business days to appear on your credit card statement.

3. Software Updates & Technical Support

• Updates: Customers with an active, valid license key will receive automated updates to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and PHP.
• Support: We provide technical support for bug fixes, feature inquiries, and general use of the Software. Support does not cover general WordPress administration, server environment configurations, or third-party theme CSS conflicts.
• Expiration: If your license expires or is cancelled, the Software will remain 100% functional on your website. However, access to premium support, API integrations, and future software updates will be disabled until the license is renewed.

4. Payments and Renewals

All financial transactions are securely handled by our authorized Merchant of Record, Freemius, Inc. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing term unless cancelled. You can easily manage, cancel, or update your payment methods at any time via the Freemius customer dashboard accessible through your WordPress admin panel.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Orlando Sun Mobility LLC or Mike’s Computer Tech be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, missed form submissions, uncaptured leads, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
